Our Winter/Spring Session has been posted and is open for registration. We offer ongoing enrollment so students can join classes throughout the spring.
Choreography Showcase

Cohesion Dance Project is hosting Helena’s Community Choreography Showcase on Saturday February 25, 2023. Presenting new and seasoned choreographers of all ages, dance styles, and abilities as they share their pieces with the audience. This show is family friendly and represents all different aspects of the dance community including Irish dancing, modern pieces, hip-hop, tap, belly dancing and more.
Wellness Series Part 1: Yoga
January 25 & February 1, 8, 15
Maleen has been teaching yoga for over 7 years and will lead you in this hour long class focusing on stretching, improving mobility and increasing flexibility giving you an amazing nights sleep.
$15/class on Wednesday starting January 25
6:45 - 7:45pm
Ages 7-above, all levels, all abilities.
