Dance Technique Intensive Workshop
Featuring guest instructors Brooklyn Draper (Contemporary) and Nina Murphy (Jazz), this intensive offers a unique opportunity to train with two highly accomplished artists.
Brooklyn Draper is a researcher, educator, choreographer, and performer based in Missoula, MT. She holds a Postgraduate degree from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance (London) and an MFA from the University of Utah. Brooklyn is also a Certified Laban Movement Analyst (CLMA), having trained through the Integrated Movement Studies program under the mentorship of Peggy Hackney and Janice Meaden.
Helena native Nina Murphy returns after four years in the UK, where she earned her MFA from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance. She holds a BFA from the University of Wyoming and began her training at Helena’s Creative Arts Center.
Cohesion Dance Project is hosting a vibrant summer of dance, creativity, and self-expression for dancers and non-dancers ages 3 through adult. Financial Assistance information is available HERE.

June 15-18
Kids Dance & Arts Camp I (Science Explorers) – This camp sparks curiosity as young dancers explore creative movement, crafty experiments, and story time in a world of discovery and wonder.
When: 9am-12pm

Adaptive Dance & Arts Camp – This one-of-a-kind camp is designed for youth and adults with disabilities to explore movement and the arts in a fun, inclusive, and supportive space.
When: 1-3pm

Dance Technique Intensive – A dynamic week of Jazz and Modern/Contemporary dance instruction taught by visiting guest instructors Nina Murphy (Jazz) and Brooklyn Draper (Modern/Contemporary).

Nature Inspired Dance & Theater Tech Workshop – Visit a local trailhead and use the sights and sounds of nature to inspire movement creation, plus learn theater lighting design to create an informal performance at the end of the week..
