Welcome to Adaptive Dance with Cohesion Dance Project!
Adaptive Dance is creative movement designed specifically for individuals with disabilities or special needs.
Whether in the studios at Cohesion Center or out in the community, Adaptive Dance classes and performance opportunities provide a safe, fun, and inclusive environment where students increase movement potential, gain confidence, and have fun! Participants enjoy the artistic, social, and physical benefits of creative movement in an environment specifically tailored to their abilities. Instructors use games, music, and dance concepts to engage participants in dynamic movement and personal expression.
